Moong Cheela
Our Moong Cheela (you may know it as moong dal chilla) is a thin, savoury crepe made from ground moong dal, crisped golden with spices and fresh herbs. It is vegetarian, zero maida, made with no onion and no garlic, and costs ₹99 for a Plain Cheela at every outlet in Noida and Greater Noida.
How we make a Moong Cheela
The batter is ground moong dal (split green gram), spread thin on a hot tawa and crisped golden with spices and fresh herbs. The fuller versions fold over vegetables or paneer, and the Power Cheelas carry a tandoori paneer filling with tomato chutney. Choose your spice level: mild, hot or extra hot. We cook with Amul butter, or olive oil on request.
Good to know: every Moong Cheela is made with no onion and no garlic. Our food is zero maida but not gluten-free. The paneer and Power Cheelas are among our most protein-forward vegetarian snacks.
