M-izza: moong dal pizza
The M-izza (or Mizza) is our pizza on a crispy moong dal base instead of a maida base, topped with melted cheese and toppings. It is vegetarian and served in Noida and Greater Noida from ₹129 (Corn N Cheese at the Yatharth Hospital kiosk; ₹139 at Alpha 1 and Alpha 2, ₹149 at Sector 18).
What makes it an M-izza
Maida is refined wheat flour, the usual base for pizza. We replace it with a crisp moong dal base, then add pizza sauce, melted cheese and toppings you will recognise. The Loaded Series adds extra cheese, and the M-Special M-izza carries every topping.
Good to know: the whole menu is vegetarian. Some M-izzas, such as Onion N Capsicum, do contain onion. Our food is zero maida but not gluten-free, and the base is moong dal, which makes it a more protein-rich vegetarian snack than a maida pizza.
