Zero-maida snacks in Noida and Greater Noida
Moongliscious serves zero-maida snacks in Noida and Greater Noida: our Moonglets, Moong Cheelas and M-izzas use a moong dal batter base instead of maida (refined flour). Everything is vegetarian, and you'll find us in Alpha 1, Alpha 2, Sector 18 and outside Yatharth Hospital.
What "zero maida" means at Moongliscious
Maida is refined wheat flour, the usual base for pizza, bread and many street snacks. We replace it with moong dal batter. That's the idea behind our tagline, Sensible snacking: familiar snacks, rebuilt on a protein-forward pulse.
Zero maida is not the same as gluten-free. The Moonglet contains suji (semolina), which is wheat, so we don't describe our food as gluten-free.
Moong Cheela
A thin, savoury crepe made from ground moong dal, crisped golden with spices and fresh herbs, and made with no onion and no garlic. Choose your spice level: mild, hot or extra hot.

Both are maida-free. Dal Muradabadi is a creamy Moradabad-style moong dal, loaded with chutneys, fresh toppings and butter. M-Fries come with peri-peri seasoning; dips are ₹20 extra at Alpha 2.
