Why moong dal
Moong dal (split green gram) is a natural source of plant protein and fibre. Instead of a maida base, we use it as the batter for every Moonglet, Cheela and M-izza, so the protein comes from the base itself, not from an add-on. We don't publish per-dish protein figures until they are lab-verified.
