Healthy food in Greater Noida

For healthy vegetarian food in Greater Noida, Moongliscious builds every dish on moong dal, so it is high in plant protein from moong dal and made with zero maida. Find us at Alpha 1, Alpha 2 and a kiosk outside Yatharth Hospital, with a Plain Cheela at ₹99 at each of them.

What makes it healthy

  • Moong dal first. Moong dal (split green gram) is a natural source of plant protein and fibre. It is the batter for every Moonglet, Moong Cheela and M-izza, so the protein comes from the base itself. Read more about our high-protein vegetarian snacks.
  • Zero maida. No refined flour in the bases. See what zero maida means on our menu.
  • All vegetarian. Every Moonglet and Moong Cheela is made with no onion and no garlic.

Honest notes: we cook with Amul butter (olive oil on request), the M-izzas carry cheese, and our food is not gluten-free (the Moonglet contains suji, which is wheat). We don't publish per-dish protein figures until they are lab-verified, and we don't make diet or weight-loss claims.

Frequently asked questions

Is Moongliscious food healthy?

Every dish is built on moong dal (split green gram), a natural source of plant protein and fibre, and the bases are made with zero maida (refined flour). The whole menu is vegetarian. We cook with Amul butter (olive oil on request) and some dishes carry cheese or paneer, so choose the plain or veggie options for something lighter. We don't make diet or weight-loss claims.

Where can I get healthy food in Greater Noida?

At three Moongliscious outlets in Greater Noida: Alpha 1 (7, Meridian View Plaza, Commercial Belt, open daily 12:00 pm–11:30 pm), Alpha 2 (G-14, KB Complex, Alpha 2 Main Market, open daily 9:00 am–11:00 pm) and the kiosk outside Yatharth Hospital (open daily 3:00 pm–11:00 pm). In Noida we are in Sector 18.

Which dishes are the most protein-forward?

The ones that add paneer to the moong dal base: Paneer Cheela, the Power Cheelas (tandoori paneer filling) and the Peppy Paneer Moonglet. We don't quote gram figures until they are lab-verified.

Is it gluten-free?

No. It is zero maida, but the Moonglet contains suji (semolina), which is wheat, so our food is not gluten-free.

Can I order healthy food online in Greater Noida?

Yes, from Alpha 2, which delivers on Swiggy and Zomato. Alpha 1 and the Yatharth Hospital kiosk are dine-in and takeaway.
